Virtual Tours in Home Listings

Did you know that 55% of all homes for sale do not have a virtual tour?  I found this statistic as I was working on my brand-new home-search page, http://aroundcu.com/search.  Give it a try and let me know what you think of it!

The virtual tours that you will find when you search for homes are simply links to external sites that have more than the maximum 9 photos that are in the multiple listing service (MLS), the main real estate database that Realtors use.  This database is what you can access through my website.

It is my policy to always do virtual tours for every home that I help sell.  If you are a seller, keep in mind that it may not be the price that is keeping your house from getting showings; it may just be the listing agent’s laziness!  I always tell my buyers that homes with no virtual tours might be the best to make offers on, because there are fewer buyers looking at them!  Don’t end up being part of the majority of sellers who end up going with lazy agents; I will do my best to make your home stand apart from the competition.

If you are looking to buy, use my newly-improved search.  If you see any home that interests you, contact me to see it. I can also do a custom search for you.  Let me help you find your perfect home, at the perfect price.
