373 three-bedroom homes listed for sale.
$267,859 average original list price for those new listings, trimmed to reduce outlier noise.
$242,779 average sale price for the 263 three-bedroom homes that closed in the same period.
Those closed homes originally listed for an average of $249,044. That list-to-sale relationship is useful context, but every home still needs its own pricing conversation.
